Meet with Allergist, Said to take zantac in am, zyrtec at night for hives. Do best to avoid foods. go on a modified diet.

Added Corn back in

Had three small portions of corn with each meal Monday July 30, 2012. Tuesday July 31, only had 2 and decided to not add more. The hives/spots were coming back and my left foot was swollen. also had a headache and over all did not feel well
