Elimination Diet Day 3

Spots/hives more red than white skin, on the tops of thighs

Oat & Applesauce muffin
Apple Juice w/ water
small piece of rice pizza dough (*need to upload recipe)
sip of coffee

snack 10am
Oat & Applesauce muffin

lunch 12:30
whole wheat pasta, green peas, garlic powder (not a lot)
glass of water
apple (microwaved)

snack 4:30
Carrots

dinner 7:30pm
Rice, carrots, peas, shrimp
glass of water

snack
Cake in a cup
