glass of water (headache and urge to vomit all day barely ate)
*called Allergist to see if this was normal, they said no and encouraged a small amount of coffee
snack 4:30
Chicken
dinner 7:30pm (swim night is late night)
water
Rice noodles
Carrots
Shrimp

Oat & Applesauce muffin
