Elimination Diet Day 1

Spots/hives more red than white skin, on the tops of thighs

One pack of organic oatmeal
Organic peanut butter added
glass of water.


snack 11am
10 almonds
glass of water

lunch 12:30
whole wheat pasta, green peas, garlic powder
one apple with peanut butter
glass of water

snack 4:30
almond milk with cocoa powder

dinner 7:30pm (Ballet night is late night)
water
chicken
very hungry and bad headache

Rice Pizza Dough
Apple Sauce
